LPGA – Professional golfer, Madison Moosa, supports autism in NWPA

August 16, 2021

Madison Moosa graduated from Furman University in May 2021 and started her professional golf career. Madison selected the Autism Society NWPA as the charity she is honored to represent.

Madison Moosa is from Charlotte, NC. However, her father Mark Moosa was born and raised in Edinboro, PA. Madison’s grandmother was Ingeborg Astrid Moosa. In the 1970s, Inge became an assistant teacher for the autistic support class for the NW Intermediate Unit (IU#5) for over 25 years and was awarded the prestigious Annie Sullivan Medal of Achievement nearing her retirement. Because of the family’s connection to Erie PA and Inge’s passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum, the family selected our charity.
