Autism Society NWPA has partnered with Gannon University Occupational Therapy Department (Prof. Bernadette Hattjar) to develop a skills-building program for individuals age 16 and older.

The program activities will include:

  • Week 1: Preparing for my day
  • Week 2: Meal prep and packing my lunch
  • Week 3: Money management
  • Week 4: Communication skills
  • Week 5 – 8:
      • Appropriate behavior in the workplace
      • Prepare for my day Part 2
      • Schedule flexibility
      • Communication skills Part 2

If you are interested in participating in the program, please complete the Registration & Release Form no later than January 20, 2020.

The program will be held on Wednesdays for 8-weeks from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
