We have worked with Play Port extensively to ensure the most sensory-friendly experience as possible, however, due to the nature of the activity, we strongly recommend that parents provide noise-canceling headphones or earplugs for their individual if they tend to be sensitive to a variety of sounds.

Play Port’s games are all set to a universal level which makes turning them down challenging.  However, games that have too many flashing lights or are excessively loud will be turned off for the event.

A sensory break room will be provided should you need a break from the festivities.

The outing will include all free play games (100 games) and a glow golf course (9 holes).  Additional games are available with the purchase of tokens for prize redemption.

Play Port offers a concession stand for purchasing snacks.

No fee for spectators.

Cancellation/Refunds:  Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the Family Sensory & Social event date, will receive a full refund minus the fees.   We are unable to make any refunds after the 7-day period. Thank you for your understanding.
